My experience at London Vision Clinic was brilliant from start to finish. Every staff member there is professional, caring and always has the biggest smile on their face. Plus the unlimited free coffee, soft drinks and biscuits at every appointment are delicious!
Glenn, my surgeon, was constantly realistic with me about the risks involved with my high prescription and was so helpful and kind, putting me at ease with all my fears. The day of surgery itself was incredibly relaxing with lots of free chocolate, a massage and being made to feel completely comfortable. The aftercare provided was brilliant with a kit of drops and tablets, all with a free sponge bag. Glenn even contacted me following my check up the next day to say how happy he was for me that it was successful.
Having had a prescription of -9 for over ten years, being able to read, write and watch TV without glasses within a couple of days of surgery was incredible. One year on, the surgery has been a great success and I am so glad that I had it done, but even more glad that I did it at such an amazing clinic.
