The Buffalo Chophouse is traditional, old school, steak house. Casey and Brittany, donned in classic wait staff garb, provided excellent service and anticipated all of our needs. Our dinner's high points included; bracing martinis, a classic iceberg wedge and a nicely crusted rib eye steak cooked to perfection. However a premier steakhouse has to excel with all courses. Their creamed spinach was terrible. The front of the house manager admitted to previously telling the chef that their bowl of cream with green specs was a poor culinary interpretation. But no changes were made. It was removed from our bill. Finally their banana sundae isn't Bananas Foster. Unfortunately a terrific meal done in by veggies and dessert.
