I bought a.gmc Sierra 2500hd from jim Ellis. I had a issue with the right rear tire. They replaced it but in the process the guy who changed it put my wheel on the tire machine upside down and the teeth of the machine dug into my rim. And they said they would fix it kept my truck for a week and didn't do anything to my vehicle. The tire wabbles and rides like crap. I call and they act like it's no. Big deal. I took it up there a few days after I got it back had the guy who put the tire on ride with me and proceed to claim that I sabotaged my wheel why would I do that to something that cost as much as a house. No one would. They have been. Blowing me off for at least four months now. I finally got it back to them last week. They have had it for 12 days and are. Not going to fix my wheel. The general manager said we are going to agree to disagree about replacing a wheel one of his guys damaged. They will. Bend over backwards and promise you this and that.
