I ordered 20 windows for our home and addition. The quality of the windows and the installation is very good! The communication through the sales process is good. But the delivery/scheduling process was the worst experience I have even had with any supplier.

To start with they didn't order the windows and didn't discover that fact until 2 months later--the day before the scheduled installation. Then they missed 3 installation dates. When they finally did show up one window was broken and another was 12" too big.

This put us way behind in our schedule with all the other vendors.

They need a serious overhaul of how they process orders before I would use them again.
