My wife and I have done business with Keith Pierson for years and we have always felt good about our purchases there! In the last 20 years all my vehicles except for one was purchased at Keith Pierson. That one exception was a nightmare! I still have that vehicle but it gets serviced at Keith Pierson! I wont go anywhere else. I wont buy anywhere else again. Several years ago my daughter was looking to buy a new car and wanted me to go with her. I couldn't go and I told her she didnt need me to go if she went to Keith Pierson. I told her she would get a fair deal and since then she and her husband have bought three or four vehicles there.

Now the service center is exceptional but I only deal with one guy. His name is Tom Yonkers! I've delt with other guys there and it was o.k. but one time not so much. And since then I wont let anybody except Tom work with me when my vehicles need to be serviced. Here recently I was told he was no longer there and put off servicing my truck. I almost went somewhere else, but couldn't put it off any more and was in the area so I drove in without an appointment and to my surprise tom was there. Thank god!
