Convenience, price, hot tubs -- Room 2-4231 had broken lights on the central bedside table. Water in sink gets hot but not the shower. Some electric plugs don't work. No air adjustable air conditioning--was stuffy and I didn't want the window opened. -- My waiter at Spencer's Dinner -- air conditioning, keeping on top of electrical and plumbing maintenance.
