The waterproofing done for my basement was quite extensive and I had a lot of cracks that needed to be sealed, which was done very well.

The only huge issue that I have with the work that was done was the worker who came seemed to have taken the foundation that they cut into and dirt from one of my window wells and buried the drain in the other window well which casued water to backup. Why would you do that??That's terrible training on the company's part to cause issues in another area of the basement! I had to dig out my drain in the window well after noticing this after a big rainstorm last week. Because of this I wouldn't give them 5 stars ever, I can't even bring myself to give them 4 stars because of the worker finding the need to cause an issue in another part of the basement for me..

On a positive note, the estimator that came was very knowledgable in what was recommended to do for me to finish my basement.

So a piece of advice to anyone who uses this company, MAKE SURE you check your window wells and any other part of the basement where drainage may have been suggested but not needed.
