Issues ranging from theft of airpods, insect in food to damage to my rental vehicle while parked in their garage that went unresolved...

The damage to the rental car was a chemical spill that occurred in the Movenpick parking garage. It's the only place the vehicle was parked for the duration of my trip and the vehicle was rarely used. The Airpods were never recovered or addressed by management. The insect in my food at the restaurant was never formally addressed by management. I do appreciate you attempting to dismiss my complaints as being resolved but I can assure you it never was properly addressed.
