From the moment I walked into the office Dr. Yates and his staff made you feel very welcome. Robin answered all of the questions I had and provided me with a detailed description of what to expect during and after the procedure. On the day of the procedure the staff was very welcoming and made me feel at ease. Dr. Yates walked me through the plan and then he and his staff got to work. His staff is amazing and work as a team which made me immediately relax. Many times during the procedure they made sure I was comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr. Yates and his staff.
