This company is so absolutely awful, that I will not continue to be persistent until someone is ethical!

"WE CAN HEAR YOU"
BUT ARE YOU REALLY LISTENING?

Please do not buy a vehicle from this place. As a hardworking single mother I wanted to buy a reliable, nice, and spacious vehicle for my children and I. I was sold this "brand new" vehicle at a "great price". I wish I would have done a little further research because the vehicle they sold me would have been valued almost $10,000 less! So unethical and inconsiderate. With that being said with an expensive purchase, you assume to get the best service to your new vehicle. I have a "brand new" car with no trunk button, no floor mats, fluid lights already coming on, stickers they never removed, no upgrades to anything, and the engine sounds horrible! This is the best part of the entire purchase.... This "brand new" car that I purchased for way too much money was actually previously leased by someone else! No worries they left a pink slip in the vehicle with all of her information. So before you think about buying a vehicle... If you would like to be lied to, sit for hours ( a tactic to get you so tired you just sign papers), and end up with an unsafe vehicle that you pay a ridiculous amount for... Then I would recommend. Otherwise PLEASE go somewhere else! Trust me! I'm not a car salesman!
******Update********
Called to have service and they had all of my information in the system wrong. I'm sure purposely entered incorrectly to avoid having me survey!
Might want to look into having vehicle owners enter their own information!
********Second Update******
I now have my "new car" in the maintenance shop because it stopped working. This is about the 4th time I have had to arrange child care, time off work, and have already had my car towed in twice. Imagine being the only financial provider and paying a lot of money for a "brand new" car, to then have to constantly worry about the safety of you and your children.
Due to the nature of my career I know a lot of people and will make sure they go anywhere else. I will not stop talking about your unethical behaviors until someone actually looks into this and provides me with an ethical solution.

I have gotten to know the service department very well. My car still runs awful and is the most expensive piece of garbage on the planet! I will say, your service techs need to be paid more! Bless their souls... Constantly overworked with your monster garbage vehicles. UNDERCOVER BOSS WHERE YOU AT?!"

Surprise, Surprise, I am back!
Just had my vehicle serviced yet again. I picked it up and it still drives horribly. They fixed a "coil" when this is 100% a transmission issue. I thought I would keep you all updated in the event this vehicle is responsible for my death, you know where to investigate. Also, so those of you looking for a vehicle understand what I have been through in 1 year! Please, I am urging you to NEVER purchase from Ken Garff.

After having my car serviced SURPRISE! I have marks ALL OVER my rims as if they completely destroyed them and then received a paper that I needed "ALL NEW TIRES"
ALL NEW TIRES ON A NEWER VEHICLE?!?!?!?
What you mean to tell me is you switched out my tires when you serviced my vehicle and caused severe damage?

Serious investigation should be taking place at this Ken Garff.
Chad Rigby and his staff won't return a phone call and these unethical activities are beyond ridiculous.
