Burnt grass(from dog pee because of lack of sprinkler system), dead trees, broken lights resulting in dark and unsafe alleyways, no garbage bins anywhere, garbage EVERYWHERE.
Loud vents, thin walls, can hear neighbors walking up and down stairs like they are inside my home. Can hear my neighbors snoring at night.
Easily the worst place I've ever lived in. I can't believe a community like this exists in beautiful Oakville. Can't wait to leave.

I dealt with the Vice President of development, Ann. She was rude, overly aggressive and insulting. She turned me off the project I was interested in. I would never deal with this company because of her. She was rude to me, and rude to her staff. Why does someone like this have a job??? Stay away!
