Internet says Friday they open at 8:30. Got there and the window sign said 9 AM (might want to update that). Waited along with several other customers (6-8) who all eventually left when nobody was there by 9:15. Trying to support local businesses but they could help by being on time. Finally left and bought my chemical on Amazon for a lot less and no waiting for someone to get to work on time.

Always willing to help and if they don t have what I need they usually find it quickly.

I've called this place several times in the past several years to be taken off of their mailing list that I've never asked to be on, and they still continue to mail to my name and adress. Everytime I've called they've been inconsiderate telling me either they can not do anything about it, or sometimes saying they will take care of it but they never do/did. This last time I called the guy said he can't do anything about it and hung up the phone on me, he was again being an inconsiderate jerk.

Family Business that is run by good people and will not up-sell you on any product unless you insist after they explain the pros and cons of an item.

Prior to finding this store, I went to the other store-chains and was told that I needed more chemicals for various conditions. Folks, not true. Your pool needs Chlorine, Acid and a Chlorine stabilizer on a limited basis. Also, filling your pool with good water helps too! A good filter system that is easy to maintain is a plus with regular cleaning.

Finally, I went away from Tablets to just plain bulk Chlorine and Acid. You save lots of hard cold cash during the summer season! These guys know what they know and will tell you when they do not know. Best to all!

These guys have everything. They'll tell you what brand you need/make sense for your chemicals, what equipment is necessary and have everything in stock. If you have a pool or spa this should be where you go.

Called to discuss a product I purchased from them 2 days ago. Got Riko who was completely disinterested in being of any help whatsoever. He also lied about what the product (a test kit) actually tests for. These people don't know about caring for pools and certainly don't want you as a repeat customer.

Erik the manager was awesome. As a new spa rental occupant it can be a vulnerable experience going into a shop and not knowing anything about the liquids needed for fear of being taken advantage of. This shop is not like that! Erik took the time to look at the items that we had and walked me through the process of the items that we needed to add as well. He made sure I was comfortable with the step-by-step process and was super helpful in finding some holistic (non chlorine) alternatives. Highly recommend!
