When it comes to the best steak houses in the Buffalo area, Chophouse is always in the conversation. The decor is amazing, and the upstairs areas are even better to see and appreciate. Today two of my party members ordered the Boneless braised beef short ribs, and I ordered their Salmon with basil cream sauce. The short ribs was a nice size and was very tender and delicious. My salmon was prepared correctly, and the cream sauce really complimented the dish. All three dishes came with creamy mashed potatoes and a side of broccoli. Truly, a wonderful night out at a great place. We will be back again.
