Arthouse Apartments

Be aware that on this building the bike theft is a very common thing. In one month living here, my girlfriend's bike was stolen and my bike suffered bad damages while someone tried to stole it. So it's not a safe place to live here and the building staff only asked me to make a report to the police and claim the insurance, and no taking any proper action like to improve the security, hire security guards or check the CCTV. They just sent a letter to all the people living here, asking to take the bikes inside the apartments and lock the cars in the garage. My concern is that now is the bike theft or property damage, but no one knows if later this will escalate to other criminal activities inside the building.
