Amazing place. whole family had the best day visiting Cocoabean Company. Kids made chocolate Easter eggs then spent the rest of the day (5+ hrs) on the indoor/outdoor play areas. Food was reasonably priced and looked delicious (we ourselves took a picnic) the hot choc was too die for!!!! Staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The one thing I was really impressed by was when it was nearing closing they disinfected and wiped down the entire indoor play area. They do not do this in any local softplays near to us. Will def visit again and 100% recommend to friends/family

Kids loved it, staff were great, choc yum!and even though indoor soft play was closed and they had to stop mid construction on outdoor area work, there was still loads for kids to do and they had a blast playing in the castle, slides, swings and zip wire. Even ran away from the dinosaur

Lovely place. Kids thought the chocolate making was fab and got to keep all they made.
The soft play bit was very well designed, lots of exciting features and novelty bits going right round cafe ceiling. The outdoor play was also fantastic, lots to do and quite exciting.
Staff were friendly and polite and did a good job of tidying. It s nice to see they disinfect the whole of the soft play every night.
The only slight negative is the seats- they have a soft seating pad which is not removeable and these were really stained and dirty- they need to invest in wipe clean seats.

Great place for the kids with both indoor and outdoor play areas, staff friendly and attentive. On a down side costs can get a bit pricey with pay in coupled with lunch etc as own drinks and food not allowed.

This place is amazing. So much to do rain or shine. The food and cakes in the cafe are brill and prices okay.
My 3 year old done the messy play, made a chocolate lolly and a marshmallow train. The staff are really great with the kids. Defo will be going back

My Hubbie and I found this place when we were visiting elsewhere locally.

It looked to be a really good place to take children as there is a indoor soft play area as well as children getting a hands on handmade chocolate experience.

As for adults - well you can buy chocolates from the shop (no free tasters when we were there) and/or buy food and drink from the cafe.

Overall we both thought this was an expensive place to visit and shop at - hence the three stars.

As how good are the chocolates - I have no idea my husband consumed all of them!

C1 loved the chocolate workshop but with Covid the place was largely empty, the soft play closed and the outside play park part closed due to a refit. Quite sure this is better on a "normal" day and we timed our visit poorly. If you're planning a visit, adjust your expectations. Claire who did the workshop was great with the kids.

If you've got kids this is a great place to come and meet friends. Kids are happy to entertain themselves for a couple of hours while you and your pals can catch up uninterrupted. The workshops are great fun too. Lovely place to visit.

A great place to bring the kids on a rainy day. They loved the chocolate workshops and running about like dafties in the soft play. The outside play area is extensive so I guess it's a great place to come on a sunny day too. A tad expensive but where isn't ?

Our wee one throughly enjoyed the chocolate workshop, where they make three chocolate items. Staff were fantastic and made what is already an enjoyable experience even more fun. We visited the David Coulthard museum which is literally next door and enjoyed immersing ourselves in some F1 history.

Excellent for the kids. Prices seem expensive at first, however you do get a lot for your money and can spend a fair amount of time in the play areas. Staff were excellent with my daughters.

Great for kids, with large inside and outside platform areas. Outside there are huge slides, a zip wire, climbing wall, climbing frame, life size dinosaur, and a really good maze, all built into a pirate ship and a castle. Inside it's climbing tubes and ball pits, they can climb up really quite high and there's lots to explore. There is also all the chocolate stuff - kids can make their own box, making the chocs from scratch. A really good afternoon.

Amazing visit again with our 3 year old and 10 month old. Lots there to entertain them both indoors and outdoors. Our 3 year old enjoyed making Disney themed chocolates in her workshop with Claire who was enthusiastic, encouraging and patient with our LG who was unusually shy. Excellent value for money and we are looking forward to visiting again next time we are in the area.

I love this place and so does my daughter. The staff are lovely and friendly and the ones who help the children make the chocolate are very funny (the first time I visited they did one for the adults and it was brilliant I laughed from beginning to end and we did everything the kids do including the dance). The indoor play are is lovely and kept my daughter amused for hours. The whole place looks very clean. I haven't really been to the outside play area etc as it had always been too cold. I would recommend you take something to keep you entertained though as there is nothing for adults.

The chocolate tastes horrible.

Nice soft play, good outdoor area. Cafe menu was great and reasonably priced.

We visited 2 years ago and can't remember anything negative about the chocolate then so they must have changed it, probably a cost cutting exercise. What a shame because there are other good soft plays not too far that are cheaper so if your not going for the chocolate what are you going for?

Absolutely fantastic day out for the whole family. The girls doing the chocolate making were brilliant with the grandchildren. They made everything work for our grandson who is dairy intolerant and really looked after him.

First time I've ever left a Google review - brought my 4 year old Son here and he absolutely loved it.
Amazing value for money and a great day out for the kids.

We'd give this 6* if we could! Our kids had tons of fun making chocolates and playing in the soft play zone. The lunch was great too and there are so many desserts and ice creams too. The staff were wonderful and so helpful after we ran late getting there. This was such a lovely place to come
