Avoid at all cost of you have a true issue!

On April 3, I had US waterproofing come to my house for a moderate job, which included water tiles for interior and exterior, waterproofing to my cinderblock walls and a new sump pump. My representative told me after 20 mins of looking at everything, he would need further consultation from a senior member before he could give me a actual cost and that they would need reschedule. It's almost August, I think it would be best to say, that I just got stood up!

Update: so when requested to contact them, my message was forwarded to a customer care manager! Thanks for caring enough to finally contact me back and saying we can't do the job after 5months, but no worries. My business had gone to someone else amonths ago. And don't worry, I'll be sure to update you and hopefully your readers about them soon!
