Their service department doesn't know their own vehicles. I took my truck to them. It was running raggy. And they said it was a bad EGR valve. So they replaced it. When I got it back, it was STILL running raggy. I took it to an independant shop on Buford Hwy (Burt Bros) and they diagnosed it to be a BLOWN HEAD GASKET! Cylinder to crankcase on #3. They replaced it and its running fine. The mechanic at Burt Bros said those dealership service departments are just job programs for their families and friends and really don't have that much experience.
