How long I have to wait for approval to fix it if ...

How long I have to wait for approval to fix it if my 2013 Mazda 3 has problem with RUST (!) on the back door ? I went to #Autobarn #Mazda Evanston IL. in new location. First time I was reporting my problem in first week of the August ! I called them few times and they told me it takes time. Now I left message they didn't call me back. Sounds like you guys don't care about customers. I talked to Aiden and Bianca.
