Dr. Carvajal was very thorough and professional. He explained how the procedures would be done and the phases of treatment. His assistants were very professional, informative and helpful as were the front office staff. From the appointments scheduling to insurance all were professional, patient and worked to make me feel like the most important person while there. Excellent experience thus far in what will be approximately a year long process.

Update for first phase of treatment FEB 13. The staff upon entering the office were very friendly and helpful. Welcomed me and handled inprocessing efficiently and very professionally. The procedure today was sinus lift and the assistant Jasmine was very thorough in explaining the after care as well as during the procedure. Very professional. Dr. Carvajal is a very skilled and professional surgeon. He is thorough and explains what entails and what to expect. He and his staff make you feel very confident and that they appreciate you choosing them as your professional. Great experience fir this procedure and will certainly recommend him to others.
