My latest experience at the Autobarn Mazda of Evanston was wonderful, specifically because of Juan Vargas. I needed a new tail light for my car and found out Mazda no longer makes that part. Juan stayed in touch with me on the status of finding the part and letting me know when it came in. Juan was very courteous, personable and I hope he stays at the Autobarn for a long time!
