I read the reviews and had to try it anyway. As I was standing out front, I had 2 guys walk by and I could hear them saying how they hated the place and couldn't understand why it was so full. I went at 1:30pm on a Wednesday and it was packed to the point I had a 20 or so minute wait. I ordered the classic reuben sandwich and it was average. The pastromi was so tough I could barely bite through it but outside of that it was decent. It definitely was not with the $13 price tag for the sandwich. Also, the entire hour and a half I was there, I saw the waitress three times. Once for the order, once to drop the food, and once to take the plate and drop the check. Like most other people, I would say it's ok, not terrible but I probably won't go back again.
