US water proofing came and installed a drain outside of our house to divert the water away from window wells and foundation of the house in May 2017 due to rain water flooding. We have had two instances of rain water still flooding into the basement since, it is middle of July 2017, the water is in the same exact location that it was prior to work being done. So knowing that there is a warranty on their work, I decided to call and see if they would send someone out to look at the issue. The woman I spoke to in the warranty center was so rude, she was sarcastic, condescending, and acting like I was being unreasonable calling to inquire about the warranty. She wanted me to tell her why the water was still coming into the basement. I gave her all of the information I could about the water and location of issue, but she was still being very unpleasant and seemed very upset that I had no expertise in my basement flooding issue. Was calling them because I do not have any idea about these things, otherwise I would just fix the issue myself. I had to end up telling her that they way she was speaking to me was uncalled for. Next I spoke to the supervisor wanting to let them know that I had bad experience but was also dismissed by them saying it must be another issue not anything to do with what they had already done. I had to insist that someone was sent out to our home, to at least look at it, but I hold little hope that it will be helpful as everyone over the phone seemed to think the issues was something else than what they fixed in the first place. So my question to them was then why wasn't the issue addressed correctly in the first place if they could determine this over the phone without even looking at anything. Anyway the drain they did apparently was unnecessary, and thousands of dollars wasted. In the end I will say not very satisfied with my contact with them. Hope you have a better experience.
