I would rate a 0 if allowed I went there today and was just screened out for a very serious medical emergency believe me when I tell you the staff is rude and uncaring they prefer to be on thier phones instead of providing patient care and when they do decide to eventually do it they seemed so bothered I am supposed to be having a hysterectomy at this hospital but I definitely will be looking for another place I had surgery in 2015 here and my room was dirty not once did they clean it and I basically had to beg for pain meds in the recovery room from waking up from surgery it's just a horrible experience all the way around but then again I have noticed the lack of care and respect from hca hospitals I prefer memorial Hermann
