I am disappointed. I was lied too and feed some scare tactics. I paid $89 for tune up and then told there were major issues with our furnace . I was even shown picture of a major oil leak. I of course didn't go up in the attic to look. But my husband did when he came home from work. No visible oil leak on the plywood like the photo the technician showed me. We just had a second opinion done. The second opinion said there were no oil leaks at all nothing on the plywood or unit to indicate an oil leak.And the rust the 1st one said there was on the unit 2nd one said there is no rust or cracks.
As for the tune up it was done.
But being told things that were not true and then being told my whole unit needs to be replaced. 2nd technician said the unit is in working condition and no need to replace it.
