I booked an appointment for an oil change at 5:30 (which was a tenuous process in itself because the online chat woman who was supposed to have booked it didn t and I found this out by calling to get the details on pricing). I showed up at 5:35 due to heavy rains and Dallas rush hour traffic and turns out it s not the service center I needed but the EXPRESS service center which is down the road.. I show up to the express service center at 5:37 and they told me they couldn t help me today. The response I was given was due to the volume of vehicles I would have to leave my car and come back for it . Pretty lame response for being just slightly late with a good excuse. Horrible customer service as no real solution was provided because what am I supposed to realistically do, leave my car there and walk home in the rain? They didn t offer a loaner. Their prices are also the highest in town and if you don t believe me, just check around to any other dealership for their service specials online. I for sure won t ever come back to this establishment for a maintenance service and zero percent chance I d buy my next vehicle here after that experience.
