Do not waste ur time and money pleaaaaaaaase. Worst company to deal with. They gave me by far one of the worst experiences ever. Do not waste your time and money. I feel super disappointed and wasted money. My husband and I took pictures about a month ago and paid for the session and one 18x12 picture and came today to pick them up. The photographer took only five pictures super fast (15 mins per family for changing and pics) and when I came today, I truly didn t like 3 of them but really liked two of them. I wanted to get the big one that I paid for with a pose that I like, but they didn t let me. He said you paid for the first picture, I told him I truly don t like it and I like the other two, so give me the big one of one I like and I will purchase another that I like as well. I just don t want a huge ugly picture in my house. I stayed for good 20 mins looking at the pics and they were not helpful at all. I told him ok what if I change the pose to the one I like, he told me $59.99 for one picture!!!!!!!! I ended up leaving all the pics and walking out of there with ruined Thanksgiving weekend!!!!!

We are newlyweds who love pictures and we get them all the time but a family member told us about their special offer, biggest waste of money and time, I left out of there highly disappointed and I will never ever recommend them to anyone!!!!
I contacted the headquarters and they couldn t do anything about it!!!!!!!!!
