We asked WES to send someone out to our home to advise us regarding the possibility of installing a tank-less water heater in place of our current aging tank. Tristan came out and gave us an in depth assessment of our options, including the pros and cons of each possibility. At no time did we feel any pressure to buy anything or sign up for anything. The evening after he visited eh sent us several proposals for our review (per our request). We contacted Tristan several times over the next few days, with follow-up questions, and he was always quick to respond with clear, comprehensive answers. We were very impressed with Tristan's breadth and depth of knowledge, as well as his professional friendly attitude. That kind of service is so refreshing! We have had similar positive experience with WES folks in the past, so perhaps it is their company's culture to focus on customer service and satisfaction. In any case, it is much appreciated.
