Ian was the best service technician who has come out so far. Although the others had great personalities, Ian went over and above by calling us, personally assuring our appt times, and assuring parts delivery. We heard conflicting info from each tech but Ian was able to follow-through and back up what he said. I appreciate acknowledgement and being valued as a customer and Ian was able to display both. Keep up the excellent work Ian and continue to deliver legendary customer service.
