Beautiful venue, truly a remarkable place to enjoy theatrical entertainment and be fully immersed in a fantasy. Would have given this 5 stars, except despite the effort taken with interior design and architectural interest, the staff was largely apathetic and completely without the social etiquette appropriate for the event. We were disappointed to see several employees sitting and looking at their cell phones while vaguely instructing guests (without even looking up) as if it were an inconvenience to be pulled away from the digital world even momentarily in order to perform the job assigned to them. We were also rushed out of our seats at the end of the show, while music was still playing, then again as we stood in line for merchandise. I recieved my tickets as a Christmas gift from an individual who was excited to hear about the entire experience as they have many pleasant memories here from decades past. I regret that I had to relay that poor staffing choices made more of an impact on my memory of the overall theater experience here than did the entertainment. Having worked much of my adult life in the service industry, I lament this trend that is especially glaring in an place as iconic as this.
