An absolute disappoinment. Stay always with well known brands as you can not find a institutional approach once there is a problem. The personel do not pay attention to noise on the floors, you may be woken up at 6 am with bagage pick up next door. I had one incident with a door man named Tom, where I asked them to call the garage for the car get ready. His answer was " yoy dont use our vallet service, we can not call". A 400 usd per room, I am paying 5 nights, 2 rooms, and not even a phone call, because I chose not to use the vallet.

On another note, rooms are old, bathrooms are old, upholstery are old. Dont get mislead with pictures and lobby, which is 6 seats in total, all other are old.
