Yep, no notice. 1st time late. No email. No text. No letter. Nothing. They turned everything off. Horrible customer service. Gentleman on the phone was wonderful, polite and helpful. Now I just have to wait for the technician to turn it back on and pay for after hours service call. I guess when your the only option in town you can do whatever you want.
Follow up, technician was wonderful, polite, and quick. The employees I spoke with were wonderful. What happened to billing and the folks who think they need to cut off service in under 14 days without notice. You are dispicable. I don't know how you sleep at night.
