Do not stay at this hotel! The service is horrible,the rooms are small, the bed feels like you are sleeping on the floor. Surprisingly there are five restraunts, which you would not know because they are always closed and when they are not, you have to have a reservation, which the front desk fails to mention. You have to take a shuttle because the buildings are so far apart, but beware, most shuttles are only for staff, so you may have to walk three miles (not exadurating) to your room. The staff is very stuck up and is very questionable about letting you leave the resort. I give this resort one star for one reason, they have a very nice pool. That's it. I travel at least twice a year and this is by far the worst resort with the worst service I have ever expirienced. If you want one star service for a five star price, this place is for you. I have heard great things about the hotel "Now Sapphire". If I ever come back to cancun (which I probably won't after this experience) I would probably stay there or any cheap hotel on 5th street over this dump. Save your money and stay some where who understands the meaning of customer service!
