I scheduled a maintenance visit with this company for our gas fireplace. They were able to schedule me expediently, within 2 days of my phone call. The gentleman doing the repair called 30 min in advance to make me aware of his arrival. This was within the "arrival window". He was courteous and patiently answered numerous questions I had. He took the time to explain the working parts of the furnace. He actually improved the aesthetics of the unit too! Finished the job in the time allotted. Very pleased with the company and Pat's professionalism.
