My wife got a loan through them for her car and they had us pay through a third party that sent westlake a check but when they got the check two weeks later they cancelled her loan and still took another payment off my card knowing the loan was cancelled and when I called the guy n told him that the third party they go through was sending them a check in two weeks he said that's fine the loan will still be good.
