Worst Service Center Experience Ever!!!! Not only does the service center have lack of communication when it comes to informing you on your cars issues, but they also give you the run around and will keep your car for days longer than needed. After asking to speak with a Manager multiple times then told no, I was further informed by an employee that Eddie would be useless and no help. I advise anyone to please think twice about using this service center. This rating does not deserve one star but the one star goes to Peter who was pretty helpful during this ordeal. I will be moving forward in trying to get in contact with upper management to let them know how business is currently being conducted.
