On February 13th, 2020 approximately around 6pm my family and I drove into the drive thru at this location. On my receipt the cashiers name says Sidel but when we proceeded to the window two women were on at the cashier window. Our experience ordering food here was very unwelcoming. The individual taking our order was already very frustrated and was making absurd comments like oh my god and huffing and puffing through the speaker as we proceeded to make our order making it very uncomfortable for us and unwelcoming. We felt very rushed and like our business was unwanted. Coming from a customer service background I was really shocked at the unprofessionalism of this employee and will not be coming back to this location. I do understand the pressure In working in a fast pace work environment but I do believe this situation could ve been handled differently and the employee could ve at least been courteous on turning off her headset before ranting though the speaker and allowing us to hear her frustration.
