Living in the area I was always told "never go to Billion" or "stay far away from Billion as you can" and "they will just screw you over." But, the big car selection pulled me in. But, the
horror stories about Billion Automotive is true!! The sales people are great.. you just run into the problems when you get involved with the finance/managers. They make you feel like you can't afford anything and that you are not even worth their time on day. I left crying and when I got home had an anxiety attack (I know it sounds extreme) but my nerves were so high I was triggered.

I literally never leave reviews but today I feel like it's necessary. The sales people are on point! Finance people only care about how much money you got. They led me on and after 8 hours kicked me out with literally nothing and said that they are unwilling to help resolve the problems THEY created. I just love being taken advantage of and embarrassed..... These guys are bait and switch pros! Like, is that even legal??

I warned my friends, family, and co workers about my experience (not even bad mouthing.. just explaining) They said they will never step foot at Biilon after hearing my story and will pass the word along. What a horrible horrible experience!
