No longer reccomend Wagz. We are a long term customer who come in for grooming for close to two years. Brought my canine in for nail filing and they did not file the nails short, first time this has happened. Called within 24 hours and was not able to be seen until 6 days later. Came in today and was told I would be charged a full price because we did not come in sooner. Ridiculous!! Their explanation: There is nothing they can do because the scheduler was not working today. In shock that this is how Wagz treats long term loyal customers.
