We came when some hotel preparations were still missing, which is excellent customer service, the main pool needs another entrance with stairs, the buffet and the Italian and Mexican food specialties are delicious and the rooms are quite comfortable, but ours stored a considerable amount of water that we did not know where it came from and the ground was super slippery.
During the rainy season there are many puddles in different areas of the hotel.

In terms of infrastructure, it leaves a little to be desired, but the treatment of the workers is very good. (:
