I have left numerous voicemails for Candace Boldt in the Finance Department, who is supposedly taking care of my claim against the insurance I purchased when I signed the lease for my car. She can't even give me the courtesy to call me back. I even talked to Mike in the Finance Dept. who told me he would call me back within 24 hours. Well, that never happened either. John Ditch, who handled my lease return, said he gave all the information to Candace and to contact her directly. While I don't mind doing that, the appropriate action would have been for John to handle the claim himself. I have given everyone more than ample time to handle the claim; I turned in my car on May 15....
How do you expect customers to buy another car from Sterling BMW if this is how you treat your customers?
