While I have nothing to compare it to, Dr. Yates has been excellent in both his expertise and his ability to make me feel welcomed. His staff is very kind, and conversational. I often receive word from his staff who ask how I m doing, and if I need anything. Dr. Yates has given me a nice base of hair to work with, has brought back my confidence, and has locked me in as a re-visiting patient. 3.5 stars/5
