I called & cancelled my subscription at the end of...

I called & cancelled my subscription at the end of June, but noticed a charge on my credit card in early July. I called 4 times now to have this refunded and they still haven't been able to manage that. Everytime I call, they say that the refund is going to be processed this time but that's simply a lie.
