My husband was attending a conference at your fabulous hotel. I accompanied him, as our daughter and her husband live a couple of hours away from Pheonix. This was a perfect opportunity to reconnect with our beloved daughter. I cannot express how wonderfully we were treated. One person in particular , her first name is Aspen She made sure that we had not just a good time, but a wonderful, fabulous, extraordinary, great visit. I hope someone at your hotel reads this and tells her how much her kindness meant to us . Aspen should know that acts of kindness's and generosity, no matter how small, really can change a person's life in the most positive way. Please know that we will never forget, nor will we cease to appreciate her professionalism and kindness. I have spoken to so many friends about the Desert Ridge Marriott since we have returned to our home in Virginia. Your resort is a gem and we will see to it that we return again and again to enjoy all of the many amenities at your amazing hotel. The Spa was especially peaceful and a much needed chance to escape from our busy lives. Thank you for a once in a lifetime experience.
