Horrible service. Very long check in times. Our room had the wrong remote. AC wasn't working. Didn't have the QR code for room service and noone knew how to assist us in obtaining it. Super inconvenient to ride on the bus. You wait for the bus and when you get on you wait some more tfor even more people to come. You wait in the central lobby for the bus to take you to your hotel. Super inconvenient long wait times. I left something there and they wouldn't let me in cause I forgot what my room number was. And I called and they were giving me round abouts. Horrible customer service
