GEM windows & doors is a very bad place to do business the salespeople are so much in needs of your money they just see people address my experience with gem windows and doors leave me with a lifetime distrust with this company I both a storm door for $923.49 from this company they assure me 6 weeks tops 9.5 weeks later after the door finally reach with the wrong swing the salesman did not take responsibility for is mistake 0n charge me $150 more after I repeatedly tell him when am leaving my house I need my storm door to swing to the right and they give me a left swing door person would not advice any person to do business with gem windows and doors
