I asked the firm about taking over the case regarding my traffic accident. I called early in the morning explained my situation, and was told someone would call me back. I waited pretty much all day for that call and close to 5pm I called back. I was told the firm does not take Cases that already been worked on by someone else since they want to prepare it from the beginning. Why make me wait all day for a return call and then have me actually call back.
Why not tell me that when I called in the morning? Did not feel like what they claim in their commercials at all...
