I did not book the room in advance so got the walk...

I did not book the room in advance so got the walk in room. At first i was given a different rate and after telling him that online price for room with pool view is much cheaper, he reduced the price to be just higher than the online price. He also advised that he will give a free extra bed and advised that he has other rooms coming available shortly to which he will move me incase i didnt like the room. After paying for the room when i went to the room i didnt like it and advised him of this to which he said no other rooms are or will come available. When i asked for extra bed he said he will try and cant promise. This was twice he had backed off from his statement. After long arguments and being told there are no extra beds available, i was given the extra bed. Then came the issues of cooling. The room temperature was 28 degrees and cooling wasn t working. I complained and engineers attended and advised there was low gas pressure and it will get better soon. After 3 hours of no change i asked again and i was told that i can change the room at 3am when my daughter was sleeping and i decided not to wake her up. A desk fan request was denied too. This proved that other room was available but not given to me earlier when i asked. I did not expect this from PC as i have never had problems in Bhurban and Lahore. This trip to pakistan specially Peshawar was ruined by PC and i am thinking of never staying with PC again.
