I called the cops because my neighbor was beating her two month year old baby because she wouldnt stop crying. She hit the baby till it couldnt breathe. The cops arrived 45 mins later, I called them at 10 AM. The police told me that the allegations I was making were too serious and that I needed video recordings. I was so disgusted by my neighbor that I was sobbing and the police still didnt believe me ! They kept asking me if I have "beef" with my neighbors because they assumed that I was lying.
