Me and my wife bought our first suv for our family, a rav 4 xle hybrid 2019 and I can say that we could not be any happier. Initially when I was looking for the rav 4 in pearl white and metallic black which is a difficult and popular color to locate, I was lucky enough to find one at Prestige Toyota of Ramsey. When I called I spoke with the Salesperson, Tony Arteaga. As my first experience buying a car, tony made the process one that I will never forget. He had a wide range of knowledge about the vehicle I wanted. He constantly followed up with me each day about the vehicle and made sure that I was able to obtain the car of our dreams. He was kind and polite as well as patient with us throughout the process. He went above and beyond and even came in on his day off to show us the car plus followed up with us via text and phone call to check in to make sure everything was okay after we bought the car.
