Terrible company, unable to log in constantly, then the one time I was able to, the meter readings weren't accepted even though I tried to submit them countless times before giving up. They didn't reply to my enquiries when I asked about this. They DO NOT answer the phones either, left on hold, high volume of calls bla bla bla...usual rubbish.
Then they put up the direct debut without notification. I'm guessing it's because I was unable to submit the meter readings, pretty convenient that they make it impossible to get into your account or submit readings, then penalise you for not following their rules. Locked out of the account again, had to re-register....again! Then no verification email sent to get into the account...again!!
They are cheap for a reason but in the end you pay more than ever!! Terrible service, terrible company!! It's going to be a nightmare trying to get a refund if we do happen to be in credit as they've been ripping us off with a high direct debit. The 'deal' has now ended but it's going to be difficult to get another supplier without being able to submit a meter reading to end our account with them.
Getting a decent energy supplier who doesn't just rip you off is a nightmare and I can understand why people don't bother. The energy ombudsman is like a chocolate teapot so these 'deals' aren't worth it when they just put up your direct debit whenever they like, even when you are in credit! What's the point? This happens again and again. Tied into a contract that they break when it suits them bit penalise you when you try to leave.
